As a business leader, Bill believes improving the patient experience can be accomplished though employee development and engagement which includes employee recognition programs, superior benefits and the ability to encourage staff members.
This was his focus at Premier Gastroenterology, and the end result was an extremely high level of satisfaction not only with employees, but also with patients who benefit from the positive culture that develops. Additionally, through use of consistant patient contact utilizing Premier's large patient database, Bill was able to create a highly engaged patient population for PGA which created an even higher patient satisfaction level.
As a result of these initiatives, employees and patients alike nominated and voted for Bill as Best Boss in Atkansas in a state-wide Best of 2020 poll. This is an accomplishment that Bill takes great pride in.
