“Bill started with Premier at the inception of our practice and over three years directed all activities necessary to open a new medical practice for seven physicians and a current total of approximately 60 employees. His responsibilities included all legal, credentialing, human resources/benefits, policies & procedures and risk management activities.
In 2018 when Premier acquired an 80,000+ square foot empty K-Mart facility in West Little Rock we embarked upon a $35,000,00.00 project to develop a multi-use medical plaza. Bill was given the task of oversight and project management for developing this state-of-the-art medical facility which is home to Premier's clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
He shouldered his responsibilities with energy, enthusiasm and hard work. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.”
I worked closely with Bill when our firm, WER Architects / Planners, was selected to provide professional design services for Premier Gastroenterology and their new medical facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. In addition to performing the CEO responsibilities for the medical practice, Bill oversaw all elements of design and construction, including the required furnishings and medical equipment for the clinic and outpatient surgery center.
Bill’s daily dose of enthusiasm, optimism, medical knowledge and effective communication was integral to the success that the project enjoyed. Design assumptions needing Bill’s input were delt with quickly but tempered with his ability to listen to other perspectives prior to giving direction.
I would not hesitate to work with Bill again, and I am happy to recommend him without reservation for any leadership role that requires creative problem solving, consensus building and company growth.
