His specialties include medical practice business development, growth strategy, enterprise growth and practice administration; most recently as CEO of Premier Gastroenterology Associates (PGA) in Little Rock, Arkansas.

As a business leader, Bill consistently focuses on improving the patient experience though employee development and engagement. This approach was a contributing factor in Premier Gastroenterology being named “Best Gastroenterology Practice in Arkansas” and Bill being recognized as “Best Boss in Arkansas”. Bill led PGA from initial development to a fully functioning practice and ambulatory surgery center with 60+ employees and 8 physicians. He was responsible for all activities associated with the start-up including (but not limited to) the development of growth initiatives, administrative structures, policy & procedure development and new service offerings, as well as physician recruiting and onboarding.

His past experience includes five years as an investment advisor with Shearson Lehman Brothers and 15+ years of experience within the medical device space in business development, product development, clinical applications and sales/marketing.

Premier Gastroenterology Associates (PGA) is a group practice that was opened in Little Rock, Arkansas on June 1, 2018 by seven physicians who practiced together in the gastroenterology department at Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic. Bill joined the group in January 2018 and was responsible for all start-up activities required to launch the practice, as well as all administrative and executive management duties.
