As board president of Premier Gastroenterology, I am pleased to write this recommendation letter for Bill Greene, our founding CEO.

Bill started with Premier at the inception of our practice and over three years directed all activities necessary to open a new medical practice for seven physicians and a current total of approximately 60 employees. His responsibilities included all legal, credentialing, human resources/benefits, policies & procedures and risk management activities.

In 2018 when Premier acquired an 80,000+ square foot empty K-Mart facility in West Little Rock we embarked upon a $35,000,00.00 project to develop a multi-use medical plaza. Bill was given the task of oversight and project management for developing this state-of-the-art medical facility which is home to Premier's clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center.

As a leader Bill excelled in improving employee satisfaction through continuous quality improvement and providing an exceptional employee experience. His “Catch me doing something right” employee recognition program encourages our team members to pass our values along to our patients who in turn benefit from an exceptional patient experience. As a result of these initiatives PGA was honored to be chosen “Best Gastroenterology Clinic” in Arkansas, and in 2020 Bill was selected “Best Boss in Arkansas”.

Bill is particularly skilled at developing strategic relationships with an eye towards practice expansion and business development. He fostered several relationships that will benefit Premier as we expand our enterprise in the future.

He shouldered his responsibilities with energy, enthusiasm and hard work. I would recommend him wholeheartedly for whatever project or position he chooses to undertake.
