As Director of Marketing and a member of the management team Bill directed growth activities for the largest vein treatment clinic in the southern U.S. (Vein Centers of Texas) as they expanded operations to new geographic locations in Texas. His business development activities included developing relationships with referring physicians. Managed marketing support team and clinical staff. He directed a $ 2,000,000.00 marketing budget and managed practice representative activities in 4 geographic locations around the state. Bill created all presentation and advertising content, as well as promotion materials used in conjunction with the development of a robust network of referring physicians. During Bill’s tenure with VCOT practice revenue grew from $4,000,000.00 to approximately $18,000,000.00 annually.
